Petrosibir Merging With Shelton Canada

Petrosibir AB, a Swedish oil exploration company, is merging with Shelton Canada Corp. (TSXV:STO). The combined company will be owned 60% by Petrosibir shareholders and 40% by Shelton Canada shareholders. Petrosibir's shares are traded on the NGM stock market.
