Petrosibir Merging With Shelton Canada

Petrosibir AB, a Swedish oil exploration company, is merging with Shelton Canada Corp. (TSXV:STO). The combined company will be owned 60% by Petrosibir shareholders and 40% by Shelton Canada shareholders. Petrosibir's shares are traded on the NGM stock market.

Emerson Acquires Roxar ASA

Emerson (NYSE: EMR) has acquired Roxar ASA, the Norwegian technology solutions provider to the upstream oil and gas industry with revenues of USD 200 million, for approximately USD 391 million in enterprise value.
