FMC Acquires Multi Phase Meters

FMC Technologies (NYSE:FTI) is acquiring Multi Phase Meters AS in Norway. Multi Phase Meters is a manufacturer of high performance multiphase flow meters for the oil and gas industry and is based in Stavanger. The purchase price is $30 million plus two earnout payments.
