Thomson Reuters is acquiring the financial information distribution company Hugin Group from NYSE Euronext. Hugin Group is headquartered in Oslo, Norway, with 105 employees.

Lyngsoe Systems Acquires Library Solutions Business

Lyngsoe Systems A/S has acquired the Library Solutions business of FKI Logistex from Crisplant a/s and Intelligrated Inc. FKI Logistex is based in St. Louis, Missouri, and was acquired in June, 2009, by Intelligrated whose shareholders include Gryphon Investors and Tudor Ventures.
