EXFO Acquires NetHawk

EXFO Inc. (NASDAQ:EXFO), a provider of testing solutions for telecom operators and equipment providers with headquarters in Quebec, Canada, has agreed to acquire NetHawk Oyj in Finland for approximately Euro 37.3 million. NetHawk is a major supplier of wireless analyzers and simulators for wireless equipment manufacturers and network operators.
