Landauer Acquires Studsvik Dosimetry Business

Landauer Inc. (NYSE:LDR) has acquired the personal dosimetry services business of Studsvik AB in Sweden. Studsvik is the market leader in personal dosimeter services in Sweden with more than 6,000 people monitored.

Cisco to Acquire Tandberg

Cisco Systems (NASDAQ:CSCO) plans to acquire Tandberg ASA in Norway for approximately $3 billion. The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2010. Tandberg is a provider of video conferencing equipment with 1,500 employees.

FMC Acquires Multi Phase Meters

FMC Technologies (NYSE:FTI) is acquiring Multi Phase Meters AS in Norway. Multi Phase Meters is a manufacturer of high performance multiphase flow meters for the oil and gas industry and is based in Stavanger. The purchase price is $30 million plus two earnout payments.
