Hexagon AB to Acquire Intergraph

Hexagon AB, the leading measurements systems provider headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, plans to acquire Intergraph Corp. for USD 2.125 billion from its private equity owners which include Hellman & Friedman and TPG Capital. Intergraph is a provider of engineering and geospatial software with approximately 4,000 employees.

Deltek Acquires Maconomy

Deltek (Nasdaq:PROJ) has acquired Maconomy, a leading provider of Enterprise Resource Planning software headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark, for approximately USD 73 million. Maconomy had been publicly traded since 2000.
